Pacers legend Reggie Miller savagely claps back at Josh Hart, Knicks after playoff elimination

The Indiana Pacers pulled it off and eliminated the New York Knicks from the NBA Playoffs. They now advance to the Eastern Conference Finals and will take on the Boston Celtics. However, Reggie Miller went viral after the playoff win for finally getting back at Josh Hart’s taunting earlier in the series.

Miller didn’t hold back as he let Hart have it on Instagram. The Pacers legend wished Josh Hart and the Knicks a fun trip to Cancun. But at least Reggie Miller gave Jalen Brunson his flowers.

“When the series CHANGED!! Jalen Brunson you’re a true BALLER, been the best player in these playoffs, but you and your boys can all heal up together on some beautiful beaches in Cancun, please enjoy!!”

Just a savage troll job from Reggie Miller. He clearly got the last laugh after Josh Hart trash talked Miller early in the series. The Pacers legend was a villain in New York throughout his career so it only makes sense for him to carry that on in retirement. He has to feel elated watching Indiana making a deep run in the NBA playoffs. Especially considering the franchise hasn’t been to The Finals since 2000. Additionally, they’ve never won a championship.

We might be hearing Reggie Miller chirp often throughout the remainder of the playoffs. Especially if the Pacers find a way to beat the Celtics. Knicks fans are probably not too happy with Miller but hey, the team kind of asked for it when Hart decided to talk trash to the Hall of Famer.

Pacers chances against the Celtics

Boston finished the regular season as the best team in the league and they’ve looked the part throughout the playoffs. They are the No. 1 seed of the Eastern Conference for a reason and a championship is a real possibility. However, they’ll have to get past this fiery Pacers team first.

Indiana has played extremely well all postseason long. Tyrese Haliburton looks like a true superstar and the decision to trade for Pascal Siakam was a smart one. The Pacers have been on a tear since acquiring him from the Toronto Raptors. So, it’ll be interesting to see how they take on the Celtics in a seven-game series.

The Pacers should matchup well against the Celtics. Haliburton is going to give Boston problems throughout the series and Siakam can score at will. On top of that, Myles Turner could be the X-Factor for this series as he rounds out Indiana’s top three players on the roster.

With that said, Boston is going to be the favorite to win this series. Many will likely believe the Celtics will win the series in five or six games. But this Pacers team has fight and they’ll give Boston a run for their money. If Indiana can steal a win on the road then they can give themselves a nice advantage for Games 3 and 4. That could be enough for them to pull off another upset.
