Best Buy Sucks!
Went to Best Buy today to have them fix my blackberry because it's always freezing on me. When I went to the customer service department to speak to someone, they said they can't help me since I didn't buy insurance. I explained to the woman that the phone is brand new but they weren't hearing it. I asked to speak to a manager and that didn't help either. They suck! I used to go to that store at least once a week to purchase something. Needless to say, I'm a Frys guy now
