My dad died today
Its a sad day for our family. Bob Shamrock passed away today and he will be sorely missed. He was a good man who will be remembered for for it.

Back to work and working out
i had a great day today. i got up with nic and then went to the gym and put up my new bag on the rack i just got.
i had such a good punching workout and conditioning as well. break a sweat every day.

Merry XMas everyone!
Hope everyone had a great xmas. Mine was real good and I got lots of presents and spent the whole day with my girls. My favorite: the sony dailey reader with touch screen. so cool.
counting my blessings and looking forward to 2010. one of friends died today on xmas day. makes you think about things.

my special day
today was my birthday and alot of people wanted to know what i did on this day so...
I got up with Nic, fed her breakfast with my wife and then we went to little gym. (her gymnastic class) after we had a quick breakfast again, and then i took off to intro Herschel Walker at the Media Day for his fight on Jan. 19th. Met with some friends while i was there and then went to lunch with my business partner.
50 minutes later i was boxing in a mitt workout and hanging out with more friends at my school. boxed for two hours before i went to dinner with my wife amy and nic. red wine and pasta and i bounced back home and got on ice for my neck and shoulders. 25 minutes later i called my son and had a great chat before a hot shower and kiss the baby girl goodnight.
now i am here with you all. thanks for all the cards and well wishes.

Back to training again
i met with body architecture, lori 'kick ass' henderson, yesterday and laid out my camp for february fight. i hope its cung le. nicolette is saying alot of words now and her latest is wrestle; which is pronounced 'wrasslle'.
fight night was a huge success and scott smith was a star as the host. great job to all the competitors and congrats on your courage in the contest.
anyways back to training. hope everyone had a great holiday! i got 4 days off!!!
